I'm Not Giving Up (9 AM)

We were made to create. Unfortunately, the "rat race" many of us find ourselves in seems to place limits on our creativity, willingness to take risks and fulfill the dreams God has placed within us. The Pixar film, Ratatouille, tells the story of Remy, a rat and culinary genius who desires a life that does more than take. Instead, he wants to create, to give; to find purpose in something greater than himself. Does that resonate with you? Join us as we consider ambition as vice and virtue and ponder how creativity and risk-taking can lead to God-honoring transformation.

    Series Information

When Pixar released Toy Story, the world of animation changed forever, bringing with it films we’ve come to love and cherish. Deep within the storyline of each Pixar film are traces, if not overt messages that are also found in the Bible. This summer, bring your imagination and creativity as we seek to understand Scripture with fresh eyes and animate our faith in new ways. God has the power to take us To infinity and beyond!
