Greater Things (9 AM)
There is something about a good story that really grabs us. Perhaps we can relate to it personally or maybe the drama and intrigue keep us on the edge of our seat. The story of Jacob's son, Joseph (as in, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat), is one of those tales. From jealousy and deceit to power and second chances, this story has it all. And the promise that God has a vision for Joseph's life--and all of our lives--filled with hope and new beginnings prevails.

Darkness: the space ridden with tension, uncertainty and that which is unknown. The earliest Bible stories tell us that God's people have known darkness from the beginning. Each of us has gone through difficult times and none of us has all the answers. But let us not forget that God lives in the light and dwells in the dark.
