Schedule a Baptism

To schedule a baptism, please complete the form below. Together, we will schedule a time to meet meet with our Pastor prior to the baptism for a conversation about the meaning of baptism, to go over the baptismal questions and to walk through logistics related to baptism in the worship service. All baptized persons receive a baptismal certificate and candle, as well as a handmade gift from the congregation.
