Jess is challenging all CUMC Families to a Bike/Walk Challenge during the month of July! Grab your phone, your walking shoes or bike and get creative! Explore the 4-mile tour and/or the 10-mile tour both geared toward biking or walking.
You will travel to 12 locations, reflect on how the Bible verse attached to each location applies to your own journey in life at this very moment, and take a fun and creative selfie with you and your housemates. The focus is for you and your housemates to get out and enjoy the beautiful sunshine, have fun and share your 12 photos with the church so we can all see each other again. As a result, you will receive a dozen cookies delivered to your doorstep!
BONUS: Pastor Carrie has agreed to sing Super-cali-fragil-istic-expi-ali-do-cious BACKWARDS if we give away 20 dozen cookies!
Each household can earn 2 packs of cookies; 1 dozen for the short tour and 1 dozen for the longer tour. Once you have 12 photos, please send them to Jess and she will share the photos on a weekly basis via the church website and/or Facebook (unless you indicate you would not like your photos shared). For example, photos sent July 6-12 will be posted and shared the following week along with the cookie delivery. Photos will be accepted through Sunday, August 2.
