Our Money Story
Holy God,
All of my life and everything I have is a gift from you. Help me to remember that you have always been in the business of beginning again, of restoration and return. Enable me to release the things that keep me from knowing the freedom and fullness of life you desire for me. Lead me to reimagine and work to bring about a world in which the needs of all are met. And in the process, restore me to right relationship with you and with my neighbor. I want to respond to your graciousness with a grateful and generous heart, so break through the money story I tell myself with the stirring of your Spirit. I pray that your story will become mine and that I will live as a faithful steward of all you have entrusted to me. In Jesus’ name I pray.
